Factory Inspections and Quality Control

Get our Dragon-Exports Factory Inspection and Quality Control for $300 USD per man-day (transportation and accommodations are not included).

Some companies have the means to be in contact directly with factories in China, leaving only one gap to fill, which is ensuring that the quality and/or delivery time are exactly what they asked for. That is when we come into scene!! With Dragon-Exports Factory Inspection and Quality Control we will make sure you get the quality products you are expecting, at the right time. Our inspections can be done in different stages of the production, it all depends on your needs.

For example

• Pre-Shipment Inspection (PSI)
• During Production Inspection (DPI)
• Container Loading Inspection (CLI)

On each inspection, we will examine 20% of the production randomly. We will decide which boxes will be opened and carefully check the products, packing, colors, quality, etc.

Prior to the inspection, staff from Dragon-Exports will discuss the specific details about your products with you, letting us have a full understanding of the most important details of your products. Together, we will elaborate a form accordingly to the given details, which will be sent to you as a report and many photographs after the inspection (video is optional).
